You can choose to arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the first night yourself. Check in time will be at 3:00 pm onwards.
The tour drop off location will be out to LAX.

What time do you pick up at the Sedona Hotels? How long is the tour? Approximate time you return to Sedona, Does this tour skip the reservation? Does in run in the first two weeks of March?

Your tour will start at 7:00am and end 6:30 - 7:00pm. The tour would be about 12 hours.
You will not be visiting the Havasupai Indian Reservation.
This tour is currently departing all year long. We currently do not have the available dates for next year.
